Production up to DU 310 mm

Hardness up to F31 Temper

Profile Length up to 13.6 m.

8” Billet

Our 2750 UST extrusion press, which is one of the biggest presses of our industrial sector, is automatic type press using 8” billet and max. 310 mm width profiles can be produced. Hard alloys can be produced by homogenized water quenching thanks to our high tech. “Auto Large Quenching” System.

6XXX group alloys like EN AW 6060, 6063, 6463, 6005 and 6082 can be used to produce from F13 up to F31 tempered profiles.

We can produce 13,6 meters length tempered profiles thanks to our special aging oven.

Press Line

6” 1540 US Ton

Production up to 140 mm.

Hardness up to F31

Profile Length up to 13.4 m.

6” Billet

Our new 1540 UST extrusion press line started production in 2015 to increase our product range and to produce smaller and thinner profiles. Profiles from CD 10 mm up to 140 mm can be produced by this new line.

Our new extrusion line can make very fast extrusion thanks to its 4 flow-controlled Rexroth hydraulic system. This press has adequate equipments like developed software, proportional stretching system, modern quenching system on the press exit and strong main construction with forged body, to produce hard alloys like EN AW 6082, EN AW 6061, EN AW 6005 etc. used for automotive, machine, defense and aerospace industries.
