Alcas architectural products preferred in the factory building of TOGG (Türkiye Otomobil Girişim Grubu) in Gemlik/Bursa.

TOGG, whose construction and facades are expected to be completed in July 2022, aims to produce Turkey’s first electric car. As Alcas , we are proud to be a part of this project.

Alcas Metal Architectural products were preferred in the Reference Kartal Loca Lodge project which will be implemented by Kiler Real Estate Investment Trust in the Kartal district of Istanbul.

The Reference Kartal Loca projects consists of a total of 202 flats with 176 flats in the 25 floors A Block, 14 flats in the 4 floor B block and 12 flats in the 4 floor C blok.

Among the Alcas architectural products, AKS 129 insulated Sliding Series, AF50E Curtain Wall Series and AW73 insulated Door Series are used in the projects.

The project which is planned to be completed by the end of 2022 and to start life, is known as the most luxurious project of the region.

Alcas has started to establish Billet production line because of the increasing raw material needs, not to have the crises experienced from in Billet Raw material and in order to meet the different alloy product demands of our customers with higher quality and faster.

It will be established on a covered area of 6.000 M2 of a land of 12.000 M2. In the third quarter of 2022 , we planned to product 2000 Ton per month. When the foundry plant finished to establish , we can produce 4500 Ton billets per month which can be used at Alcas production.

Our company has decided to invest 5” extrusion-line due to the difficulty to find in good quality small and thin profiles in the market.

The 5” extrusion-line will be the 5. extrusion-line and planned to start production in June 2022.

Alcas has started to invest in 10 inches (4400 USTON ) Extrusion line , which will increase our capacity by 60 % in order to meet the increasing demand and produce the larger profiles as a result of our quality and customer satisfaction oriented production.

With this investment, the number of extrusion lines will increases to 4 and it will be possible to produce profiles up to 410mm diagonally.

The new extrusion-line will be 2022 model and will have modernized technology with high robotic automation. Our target is start to production with 10” extrusion-line at third quarter of 2022.

In the first phase of Dia Mare, which was designed by Ahmet Kul İnşaat on an are of 11.000 m2 in Büyükçekmece/Mimaroba, consisting of 188 residences and 17 shops, the windows and exterior doors af all apartments were built with Alcas AKS129, AW73, Glass balcony products. The architectural project was designed by the famous Çamoğlu Architecture.

The project, which was built by Batı Yapı in Avcılar and has the characteristic of being the first mixed project of Avcılar, has 269 flats, 52 offices and 75 shops on a 9.583 m2 area. Alcas was preferred for all facade and aluminium window products in the project. Life is expected to begin in the project towards the end of 2021.

Malatya Life Residence project, the first luxury residence project of Malatya, is completed. In the luxury buildings where the residence will begin soon, all windows, facade block and exterior doors were manufactured with Alcas products. There are 254 residences in the project, which has a closed ares of 82.300 m2 on a 30.384 m2 land. The construction site, whose architectural project was designed by Ocado Architecture, is managed under the leadership of Cihan Çetin.

The office project located in the center of Malatya is 75 meters high. It is t he first high-rise office tower planned in Malatya. The office block, built by Rönesans İnşaat and Malatya Girişim Grubu A.Ş., with a construction area of 20.000 m2, will be completed in 2021. The management of the construction site, designed by Ocado Architecture, is carried out by Cihan Çetin.
